About Timothy M. Grace

Began his career as an Assistant State's Attorney and is now a seasoned trial attorney specializing in Criminal and Civil litigation and representing Chicago Police Officers.

Timothy Grace began his legal career working for the Law Office of Joseph V. Roddy representing individuals in civil and criminal litigation, including representing Chicago Police Officers. He then went on to become an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney, prosecuting criminal misdemeanor and felony cases. In 2001, he started his own law practice, fighting for the rights of people accused of misdemeanor and felony crimes.

In addition to criminal litigation, Tim has dedicated a portion of his practice to real estate and general civil litigation. Tim has tried over 500 bench trials in state and federal court. Additionally, Tim has tried over forty felony jury trials, of which half have been for first degree murder. Tim has also attained numerous large personal injury settlements for his clients.
